Happy New Year to everyone. Hope your Christmas was awesome. Mine was great! We had family over and ate plenty of food. Kylie my grand baby stayed with me the whole day. We had fun....

I have been out ice fishing once. Caught nothing. Building a portable shanty in the garage. I need to finish it soon.

I am back to work, and school starts again January 4th. I will be graduating this May... I cannot wait.

I Just wanted to wish everyone a safe and happy New Years. May you have lots of friends and family to enjoy it with.

Happy Halloween....

anyways I have not been keeping up. Oh well. I have been busy. Laid off from work. Lots of school work to keep me busy.

Picking up an ice shanty this weekend. Since I lost the other one last year. My brother is giving me one this year. I just hope we have ice, or it will become a shed.

My grand sweetie is awesome. She is growing so fast. Pretty soon she will be fishing with grandpa. Baby D (Danielle) is also doing good. She is back in school, and working. I help with babysitting sometimes.

Fishing this summer has been OK. Pops out fished me this summer. Usually, it means i will have a great Ice fishing season. I am hoping, I owe Pops a few beers from the summer.

The Puckaway Rod and Gun Club Ice fishng derby will be in February. It's a blast. If you need raffle tickets, email me, I can get some. Two categories this year for fish. Catch n release, and caught. It should be intresting.

I am also picking up my snowmobils from Chad. I hope to start working on my 1973 Chapparel. There is a vintage ride this january i wouldlike to go on. It sounds like fun.

Howdy Dowdy folks,

July has come and gone, and my Grand Baby Kylie is on her way... If she does not get here this weekend, it will be Tuesday for sure. I am so excited on her arrival.

Fishing has been slow. Pops and I had one great day in the beginning of the month. Lately it has been slow. We are trying to get out tomorrow. If we do not catch anything, we will have a few beers.

Work is starting to slow down right now. My co-worker Mike and I are still working. Our other co-worker Derek is on vacation. Thing should get slow next week. Looks like end of the year it will start to pick up.

My friend Laura and I completed a class for website design. It was cool. Our instructor did a fantastic job training us. It can be visited at http://www.local2053.org/ Please have a look see.

Good Day my Friends... June is here and the weather is still cool. What is going on? Anyways, been working and doing a little fishing with Pops, and Yuck. I also been taking some rides with Turtle on the Bike. Right now she is visiting her sister, so its Yuck and I living a bachelors life. That reminds me, we need to clean the house before Turtle arrives.

Fishing has been good for my boat the "BOBIN' TURTLE". Until this last Saturday, 05/30/2009. We decided to launch the boat at Beaver Dam Lake and fish with a wind that was pretty strong out of the West. We braved the wind and fished for a couple hours. Yuck and Pops caught a couple.

Trying to get the boat in to the dock was another story. It took six of us to get the boat on the trailer. I want to send a Special thanks to the guys that help us. Without them it may have been a mess. THANK YOU!!!

We will be going out this weekend again. Hoping to get to Beaver Dam again. Couplw weeks ago Pops and I did pretty good. Well Goinfg to clean the house now before Turtle returns from Texas. I will post soon....

May 6th

Hello All, well I still have not been out fishing yet. I finally got around to removing the ignition switch for the boat. I need to purchase a replacement. I am hoping that Tucker, Pops, and I can get out this coming weekend.

I am now updating my Facebook page. If you feel like clicking on the link to the right it will to my page. I just sent out invitations to friends and family. We will see who adds me as a friend.

One more week of classes till summer break. This semester has gone by fast. I hope summer does not. We have a camping trip planned for August up at St. Germain. My grand daughter Kylie should be here around then also. Turtle and I will be taking a weekend in June to go to Door County on the bike.

Hey all,

OK it has been another month and I figured I better update my blog...

I am still looking for a part-time job. I have three more weeks of classes until summer break. My full time job is still going strong. Benn working forty hours a week. Hopefully the work stays steady.

I did not post this earlier, but I am going to be a Grand Pa to a beautiful Bay girl named Kaylie in August. I am so excited about this. I already have a crib and bassinet for our house. My daughter Baby D and Myles are buying a home. I am also excited for them.

I have not been out fishing for a couple of months now. Going to try to get out this weekend weather permitting. I will post some pictures if i get any.

Well That's all I have today... I hope to post soon again.

Well Spring is here.... I am looking forward to the upcoming fishing season to get here. I have the boat almost ready to go. I need to work on getting the rods and reels ready.

Since my last post I have been somewhat busy. I am still working yet at my full time job. I did get laid-off from my part-time job. Hopefully i can find another one.

I have been reading the newspaper. I am so sick of hearing about AIG, and the other bail out companies. There was an article in the editorial that struck a chord with me. I agree with the person that wrote it... Back at the start of the great depression, the government did not bail anyone out. Companies that could not continue to run, or ran out of money, closed its doors and that was the end of it.

Today us taxpayers are bailing out companies (AIG) that keeps waisting money. Because they manage the insurance for Congress and the Senate, we keep giving them more. When is enough going to be enough???

I have a very simple solution, and this has gone around the Internet last year. Give each Taxpayer 500,00 dollars. Take taxes out of the money. Make sure everyone pays off their debts to the banks and credit card companies. This will ensure everyone has paid their taxes, and the Banks that have miss managed their money will get the debts payed back.

They will not need a Bailout from US the tax payers. After the taxes are paid, and the debts are paid, let the taxpayer's stimulate this economy. I believe that once you make sure the banks and the government has been satisfied, the people will use the left over money to purchase things which in turn will jolt this economy.

But what do I Know... I am just a Working Stiff..

Well a New Year is here... sorry i have not posted in a while. Been very busy with personal family matter. Any ways hope everyone holidays were fun and filled with joy. Turtle and I spent most of the holidays with family. Christmas eve was at our house with Turtles Parents and brother. Christmas Day was at my brothers Huds home and his wife Spam had a huge meal there.

We stayed in this year for New Years Eve, and New Years Day, we went to my brother Chads home where My sister-in-law Nettie put on a huge spread. Turtle and I, (My wife's nickname is Turtle) really enjoyed the time we spent with our families.

I received the greatest Christmas present of all, and i am sure more to come. i am going to be a grandpa this August. I am very excited about this venture In my life. Turtle and I have started to acquire items for the grand baby. I am hoping August comes soon... Well after Ice fishing.

Pops and Tucker and I, along with Jake and Sneakers made it out ice fishing last weekend. We had a couple flags, which could have been the wind. But no fish. Fun anyways. We are hoping to get out this weekend again. Pops had his new invention out on the ice, it performed good. We will be heading out in two weeks to Wolf lake to really give it a test.
